As a Certified Life Wellness Coach, my mission is to help you navigate life transitions—especially the complex emotional and physical journey of plastic surgery preparation and recovery. 

My coaching services were born out of over 15 years of hands-on experience in post-op care through my work as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the medical massage field  Our Wellness Coaching provides you with the advise and tools you need to make informed decisions, focused on guiding women through pre- and post-op experiences, mindset transformation, and life challenges with compassion and clarity.
